Many communities have public parks to take the kids to get your game on track. Family outings can be an event that their children wait each week. Plan these trips at least 2-3 times a week. Having family event everyone can enjoy and do together , such as running or cycling .
Preparing meals can be made healthy game . Let your child help you prepare healthy meals . You can turn each game . Do salads mix child with you. Ask them to mingle with so many different colors , as they can occur. This will help you have fun while learning to play more diversified nutrition available with all different colored vegetables . You can even have your children call fruits and vegetables. In this way , they can make a game that will come in the salad plate , for example.
